HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR VAGINA
In the realm of midlife, a predominant concern among women revolves around the well-being of their facial skin—fretting over the loss of elasticity and the emergence of unwelcome lines and wrinkles, often attributed to a decline in collagen production. Remarkably, while many invest considerable sums in high-end facial care treatments and products, there exists a stark disparity in attention when it comes to another vital part of their bodies experiencing a similar loss of elasticity and density—the vagina! Today, I aim to bridge this gap by offering valuable information, along with practical tips and tricks, on how to cherish and nurture this often overlooked yet precious part of our anatomy. Together, we'll embark on a journey that not only addresses external care through topical solutions and therapies but also emphasizes the significance of fortifying our bodies from the inside through mindful dietary choices. TOPICAL SOLUTIONS
Estrogen and Hyaluronic Acid: vaginal creams infused with estrogen or hyaluronic acid, enhance moisture and resilience.

Avoid using sponges for the genital area, as they may cause irritation.
Steer clear of soaps, lotions, and fragrances, as they can disrupt your microbiota.
After sexual intercourse, rinse the genitals with water to remove any remnants of fluids and bacteria.
Avoid complete shaving of the vulva; pubic hair provides natural protection to both the vulva and the entrance of the vagina.
Always wear cotton underwear—preferably organic cotton.
Sleep without underwear; this allows the genitals to breathe.
